Green Connections
Green Connections is a Green Mental Health Service that we deliver in partnership with Derbyshire Mind. We provide free ecotherapy retreat days to Derbyshire residents who live with mental health distress or conditions. Participants are welcome to bring a family member or carer .

Our Locations
Green Connections days and events take place at: Whistlewood Common, a community-owned woodland; Hannah Fields community garden; and other local green spaces within Derbyshire.

Free Ecotherapy for Derbyshire Residents
We are able to offer free places on all ecotherapy events thanks to funding from Toyota UK and Derbyshire Mind.

Our Activities and Therapies
We offer a wide range of outdoor wellbeing experiences that include forest bathing, forest therapy, relaxation, mindfulness, expressive arts, crafts and earth care in relaxed woodland, garden and natural settings.

Our Ecotherapy Team
Our team of wellbeing professionals and volunteers have a wealth of collective experience in health and wellbeing within outdoor settings. They have trained in forest therapy, permaculture, mental health and outdoor first aid, mindfulness and teaching.
